Ending episodes

It seems not only we are about to leave the office soon but everything around us is also getting to the end. The last season of Sex and the City, the Undomestic goodness book, the hot summer… finally, etc. There are many remarkable things I will remember about this year and this weekend sailing on the boat with direction to the wind with my team was definitely one of those memories that will stay forever in my mind.

Last goodbyes; A month ago already introducing my dearest successor to our partners, and remembering my state at the moment I was being introduced last year with some comfortable uncertainty and a lot of expectations. Half term after the partnerships goals achieved, I can also be very proud and grateful of dancing with ne of my partner champion in a disco after a day meeting, or drinking in a bar after a long IC day, or cheering with some champagne after signing a contract or simply enjoying a mentorship conversation with the HR director of this or that company sharing her/ his personal view about the business and her/ his career development. Truly inspiring and truly surprising for a girl coming from the formal latin business environment. Would that be European business environment AI's approach or my very deep inside personal approach?

One of the things I take with me is the people. In 20 years from now it will not matter anymore if I managed to get 200 thousand euros signing a partnership or if the account grew at the end of the term of even if everyone achieved their weekly priorities... what I will take with me are those inspiring meaningful people I’ve met throughout all those years in AIESEC. Those who are the ones I want t see being part of my future as they shape my present and the person I am right now.

I am leaving "my AIESEC" with a wind of satisfaction closing an episode and opening an even bigger book as a product of my previous reading taking with me the writters.
