SPAIN - An integral personal learning

There I was, arriving to Madrid with a lot of expectations and certaincy in a land I could manage myself very easy.
Right after arriving, the great deep introduction with the MC, made my day full of excitement and gave me the better understanding of the country reality.

Two days of a very intense pre-meeting I've ever had, and we were without noticing already in the bus way to Zaragoza.

I have never been a chair before, and this opportunity definitely represented what I was looking for after 10 months in the ER team in AI; feel the ground in my hands again. Through the flow of the conference, the environment was being built. I could see the right people connecting, doing and understanding the relevance of their work and I felt inspired by their actions. This inspiration automatically set in my mind the final reflections and messages to send accross the plenary every day. I learnt to speak up from my heart as I have been very used to do it from my mind, and I could feel the connection.
I could smell the ending of my AIESEC career with a good taste of satisfaction.

On another note, I also felt challenged for confronting things I never expected. I was put for the first time in my life (in AIESEC and outside of AIESEC) in one of the most difficult situations i have ever had. I had a combination of feelings while balancing the role of moderator I had to play at the moment needed and see AIESEC not being AIESEC anymore.

The conference itself for me was a combination of excitement, inspiration, ENJOYMENT, confusion, frustration, but for sure a complete learning process for me as an individual.

This conference for me meant a small big part of my legacy to the organisation and I am sure what we gave, built and did at this conference represented a legacy for AIESEC SPAIN as a country in the coming years...

I lived and loved AIESEC in SPAIN!

Other learnings from the experience:
- I can really be loud when doing roll calls ;)
- Roll calls are for sure a cultural expression, Oh yes!
- The best fun is the one you get making fun of yourself!
- I am such an audiovisual person, lets make a videito!

It's true, Spain is an amazing country and AIESEC wise it's really a country that gives you a intense learning experience. I'm glad to have been part of that :)
