My Valentine
Starting the day with a flu, I went to the office for our IPM preparation. Some days ago I started thinking in a meaningful cheesy present for Joost. A photo collage, a dinner, a couple video, a customized CD? Everything was tried already so I thought going back to the materialistic and addressing needs gift. I have always said that what you need its not always what you want as a present, but this time I thought that a combine option would be ideal; something he might not know he really needs and that definitely would want. The output: A Tommy Hilfigher set (parfum and cap) finally gotten after running to the store while raining and catching a taxi back home for 3 blocks which took me 15 minutes. Definitely not the smartest option!

Right after a surprising Mexican dinner prepared by Joost, I was welcomed with a rose and a gigant meaningful card. Right after, he suspiciously suggested to take the metro to Whileminaplein (the station near the harbor) and we casually entered to the LUXOR theater where a famous musical in english was being played (by the way, its the first time a piece is played in English since I am here) The West Side Story is about the impossible love between Tony and Maria, two young people growing up on the streets of 1950s’ Manhattan. The modern version of Romeo and Juliet was definitely a success, and reconfirm my willingness to sing and dance. I guess i will try theater when I am in London.
